Vinification: 16 days of maceration, with spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration. Aging: 48 months in Slovenian cherry barrels.

Cabernet Sauvignon that impresses with its full, rich flavor. The wine is extremely soft with rich flavor and an aftertaste of concentrated dry wild forest berries. Its depth indicates ripening in cherry barrels. It is something special and its lifespan will be extremely long. Cheers!
