Vinification: Directly pressed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeast. Maturation and mixing (battonage) on fine lees. No filtration, second fermentation in the Bottle, no fining, zero dosage.

Residual sugar: extremely dry, brut nature
Alcohol: 12.0 % vol
Bottle: 0.75 L
Serving temperature: 3-5 °C
The sparkling wine is extremely fresh. The bubbles are tiny, active. Pronounced medium bouquet is mainly reminiscent of flowers, strawberries, peeled apples. Very dry sparkling wine, the taste of peeled apples and delicate acids predominates in the mouth, followed by a long aftertaste.
