Bold and rich and tropical, golden in colour and golden in character, but with the sharp telltale edge of green gooseberry reminding us that it's Sauvignon. Full-bodied, creamy weight yet elegant. It carries itself with aplomb. Spicy (wasabi dust) and seamless.
