The wine is a tempting straw colour with a golden hue. On the nose, it is typically varietal, which is typical of Vito. There are delicate fruity aromas of peach, but the aroma is much more developed with grassy notes, reminiscent of a meadow full of flowers after the first rain. On the palate, alongside the minerality, there is a very pronounced freshness, with just the right aftertaste
