Sauvignon Blanc, fermented on the skin for 21 days and then matured in a concrete egg from September to March. Yaye or Jaje means egg in Slovenian.
In contrast to other Sauvignon Blancs, this one is matured in a concrete egg and left to rest with the pressed grape skins for 3 weeks. You will find typical Sauv Blanc notes rich and full-bodied, but so much more. This is a heady wine! Bottled unfiltered from the 28 year old vineyard.
