Vinification: Maceration 5 fool moon circles from sept - jan in amphora, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast without temp. control, aging in old 250L oak barrels for 18 months, aging potential 20 Years.

Wonderful peachy - apricot fruitiness, freshness, saltiness and minerality.
